Todd is a problem solver and change-agent who drives strategy, builds and leads teams, and sponsors organizational change in diverse and complex environments.
His specialty is in developing strategic plans (complemented by operations, finance, sales, marketing, and HR functions) to improve market competitiveness resulting in increased productivity growth and profit margins.
He is also an avid proponent of the power of teams and surrounds himself with a network of talented and diverse colleagues who are available to assist his clients.

He holds an MBA from Athabasca University.
